Plastic Injection Moulding & Sub-Assembly
Trimfix Mouldings has been established for over 30 years, producting high quality mouldings in the UK for an international client base. We have injection moulding capabilities for moulding in thermoplastics and thermoplastic rubber ranging from 25 to 350 tonne.
Fully automated high volume production through to low volume labour intensive and prototype tooling (including loose insert tooling).
Moulding in a large variety of materials such as acetyl, ABS, nylon acrylic, styrene, PPS, ASA , PC PC/ABS and heavily filled engineering grades. We have experience in overmoulding in plastic and rubber as well as mesh, metal and plastic inserts.
We also offer additional serivces, such as full and sub assembly, finishing and sonic welding specific to our customer needs.
Trimfix has been ISO certified since 26 April 2007.
We have been assessed and found to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, the certificate is alid for the following scope of operations:
Production of plastic and rubber injection mouldings including sub and full assemblies
In July 2024 we achieved ISO 14001:2015 with Citation ISO Accrediation - our current certification - Certificate Number 455092024 for both ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 being issued 3 July 2024 and is valid until 2 July 2025.
